Limited Returns
- Majority of our products are handcrafted ceramics. These limited-edition products require specialized packaging techniques, which in turn limits our options to offer returns.
- We therefore, only accepts returns/exchange if -
- A wrong piece (one that doesn't match the order confirmation) has been delivered. Product dimensions & materials are mentioned for each product. Please go through them carefully for we do not accept size related exchanges.
- The artwork is received in damaged condition. In such a case please photograph the damage as soon as you have opened the packaging.
- Please note that our products are handmade, one piece at a time. Distinctions & variations are not product flaws, but an inherent part of our creative process. But don't worry, quality is never compromised & doesn't fall under this disclaimer.
- To initiate an exchange, whatsapp us at 9833799812 within 48hrs of delivery. The order number, pictures of the damage/unboxing will help us respond better. Product is to be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags & stickers intact.
