The artwork is received in damaged condition.

We therefore, only accept exchanges if -
A wrong piece (one that doesn't match the order confirmation) has been delivered. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned for each product. Please go through them for we do not entertain size related exchanges.
The artwork is received in damaged condition. In such a case please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
Please note that our products are handmade, one piece at a time. Distinctions & variations are not product flaws, but an inherent part of our creative process. But don't worry, the quality is never compromised & doesn't fall under this disclaimer.
