FAQ Returns

  • Majority of our products are handcrafted ceramics. These limited-edition products require specialized packaging techniques, which in turn limits our options to offer returns.
  • We therefore, only accepts exchanges if -
    • A wrong piece (one that doesn't match the order confirmation) has been delivered. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned for each product. Please go through them carefully for we do not accept size related exchanges.
    • The artwork is received in damaged condition. In such a case please photograph the damage as soon as you have opened the packaging.
  • Please note that our products are handmade, one piece at a time. Distinctions & variations are not product flaws, but an inherent part of our creative process. Don't worry, the quality of our product is never compromised & doesn't fall under this disclaimer.
  • To initiate an exchange, write to us at milestones.hwl@gmail.com within 48hrs of delivery. The order number, and pictures of the damage will help us respond better. Also ensure the product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags and stickers intact.
